I can’t recommend Gemma at cyhc highly enough. She is very professional, efficient, and always accessible (unlike other insurance companies). She has that rare quality in business of making you feel as though you are her only customer and gives any problems her 100% attention, resolving them quickly and efficiently. Importantly, she managed to find me a greatly reduced Private Medical Insurance with the same cover as my old policy. She even dealt with the cancellation of my previous policy on my behalf. I have been using CYHC as agent for private medical insurance for 3 years. Prior to that I owned my own company and handled the medical insurance for staff for around 30 years. In all those 30 years, the agents I dealt with were only interested in me when I was about to renew the policy. Other than that they were never available and basically left you to your own devices. They did not want to know ! When I retired and needed to sort out our own private medicine, I found it difficult in locating a company who showed interest in dealing with individuals.
